The Philippine Institute for Development Studies (PIDS) and the Korea Association of International Development and Cooperation (KAIDEC) are cosponsoring “The 4th International Symposium on Asian Development Studies”, to be held on October 25 (from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm) and 26 (from 8:30 am to 12 nn), at the PIDS Conference Hall in Quezon City.
Speakers from Korea, Australia, Japan, China, Thailand, Viet Nam, Malaysia, and the Philippines including those from PIDS will present their studies on the involvement of both ASEAN and non-ASEAN countries in fostering development in the regional bloc, and share their insights about prevailing and emerging issues in ASEAN countries, as well as the role of member-countries in ASEAN’s regional cooperation and integration.
