The Gross Domestic Product (GDP) grew by 4.8 percent in the fourth quarter of 2006. The Gross National Product (GNP), meanwhile, posted a 5.9 percent growth, which is mainly due to the continued growth in the Net Factor Income from Abroad (NFIA) at 18.3 percent.
