The monthly average exchange rate for February is P56.1 per US dollar,
higher than January`s P55.5.
The 1994-based year-on-year headline inflation rate was 3.4 percent in February, the same rate posted in January. On the other hand, the 2000-based inflation rate slightly decelerated to 4.0 percent in February from 4.1 percent in January.
Composite Index closes at 1,483.2 for the month of February. This is lower compared to January`s 1,508.3.
