State think tank Philippine Institute for Development Studies (PIDS) hosted the ASEAN+3 Macroeconomic Research Office (AMRO) as part of its annual consultation visit to the Philippines. AMRO was represented by its Group Head and Lead Economist Seung Hyun Hong, Director Kouqing Li, Economist Ke Ji, and Associate Economist Dek Joe Sum. They were welcomed by PIDS President Aniceto Orbeta Jr., Senior Research Fellows Ma. Christina F. Epetia, Maria Margarita D. Gonzales, and Michael Ralph M. Abrigo, and Research Program Management Division Chief Christine Ruth Salazar.
