State think tank Philippine Institute for Development and the University of the Philippines, through the UP Law Center signed a memorandum of understanding for cooperation on areas of mutual interest concerning the digital transformation of government processes and services, as well as the provision of support for government institutions and agencies requiring technical and legal advice in the formulation of regulatory policies that promote economic growth and involve the use or adoption of technologies.
The two parties will explore opportunities for cooperation in the areas of joint research projects and training; capacity-building and policy analysis; and resource and information sharing.
