The Cagayan de Oro Chamber of Commerce and Industry Foundation, Inc. (Oro Chamber) on Thursday entered into an agreement with the Philippine Institute for Development Studies (PIDS) and the National Economic & Development Authority (NEDA)-Region 10 to jointly organize and conduct a discussion forum on "ASEAN plus China: Opportunities and Threats".
