Miriam worried JPEPA may die natural death

Sen. Miriam Defensor Santiago, chairman of the Senate Committee on Foreign Relations, warned Thursday that the Japan-Philippine Economic Partnership Agreement (JPEPA) would “die a natural death” unless government does a better job defending it.
