"A more dynamic manufacturing sector would have provided more higher-paying jobs to the less-educated workforce, thereby [hastening] poverty reduction," PIDS President Josef T. Yap said in his presentation during the launch of the 10th Development Policy Research Month at the NEDA sa Makati.
