Green Jobs Assessment Institutions Network (GAIN), a non-legal body, organized by the International Labour Office. GAIN supports various research activities, evidenced-based policy making and national development planning in relation to employment targets and labor market outcomes. The network aims at two mutually-supportive objectives: (1) develop a standardized, open source methodology and training package for the analysis and modelling of social and employment outcomes of climate and sustainable development policies; and (2) build and strengthen the capacity of national government and research institutions in the development and use of economic models to measure social and employment outcomes of national development policies.
