A PIDS study found that growership arrangements for agrarian reform beneficiaries (ARBs) appear to be more successful if farmers are bonded as a cooperative. It also underscored the importance of providing ARBs with access to capital, technology, and needed inputs to enable them to become tillers and entrepreneurs of their own lands. Capacity building of cooperatives to strengthen their managerial, financial, and marketing abilities is also important.
