The Philippine Institute for Development Studies (PIDS) and the Philippine Competition Commission (PCC) will hold a public symposium on "Competition Issues on Agriculture Credit Markets in the Philippines and Their Competitive Landscapes" on February 22, 2019 from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the PCC Board Room, 25th Floor, Vertis North Corporate Center Tower 1, North Avenue, North Avenue, Quezon City.
The PCC, together with PIDS, has engaged the services of Dr. Marites M. Tiongco to conduct a market scoping study focusing on agriculture credit market. In this public consultation, Dr. Tiongo will present the results of the study. Participants will have the opportunity to provide comments to ensure that the study is useful to the PCC and other stakeholders.
