The Philippine Institute for Development Studies will hold a dissemination forum on "Addressing Transient Poverty: Evaluation of Agricultural Insurance Program of the Philippine Crop Insurance Corporation (PCIC)" on July 20, 2016 from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, at the PIDS Conference Room, 18th Floor, Three Cyberpod Centris, North Tower, EDSA corner Quezon Avenue, Quezon City.
The seminar aims to disseminate the results of the impact evaluation of the agricultural insurance programs of the PCIC to farmers, agricultural producers and their families. The study also has a component on the evaluation of the financial sustainability of the agricultural insurance programs of PCIC.
